Adventures: New Orleans

I recently returned from a 10-day business trip to New Orleans. Hot, sticky and muggy every day I was there… just as I imagined. Although most of my time was spent inside the Convention Center, I had a little time to explore the city… and indulge in its cuisine! This trip was definitely a culinary adventure… oysters, shrimp, gator, jambalaya, gumbo…. oh and the BEST pecan pie I’ve ever tasted.
